Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Dialectica’s strategic direction, growth initiatives, and operational excellence. The CEO will partner with the executive team to reinforce our mission, scale our platform, and solidify our position as a trusted knowledge-sharing leader in the B2B information services space. This is a global leadership role requiring strategic vision, strong stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute Dialectica’s long-term strategy, aligning product, technology, sales, operations, and people initiatives with the company’s mission and growth targets.
  
  
• Drive top-line growth through innovative business development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships while maintaining a focus on profitability and sustainable unit economics.
  
  
• Lead and develop the executive leadership team; cultivate a high-performance culture built on integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
  
  
• Oversee capital allocation, financial planning, and investor relations; communicate a compelling vision to shareholders, employees, and external partners.
  
  
• Ensure operational excellence across all functions, including product development, technology infrastructure, data governance, and client delivery.
  
  
• Uphold and evolve the company’s values and employer brand, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and engaging workplace.
  
  
• Represent Dialectica externally with clients, investors, regulators, and industry peers; enhance Dialectica’s reputation as a trusted, innovative knowledge-sharing platform.
  
  
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations to inform strategic decisions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in a CEO or equivalent C-suite leadership role, ideally within information services, data-enabled platforms, or knowledge-sharing ecosystems.
  
  
• Demonstrated success leading rapid growth, scale-up operations, and delivery of measurable business results.
  
  
• Strong financial acumen with experience in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations.
  
  
• Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent; adept at building cohesive, high-performing teams.
  
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities; trusted partner to the board, investors, clients, and employees.
  
  
• Global mindset with experience managing multi-region operations and remote or distributed teams.
  
  
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a commitment to ethical standards and social responsibility.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in B2B information services, knowledge management platforms, or data-driven marketplaces.
  
  
• Experience guiding product and technology strategy to deliver scalable, secure, user-centric platforms.
  
  
• International business development experience and familiarity with diverse regulatory landscapes.
  
  

Location and Travel

• This is a global leadership role with responsibility across multiple regions. Travel as needed to lead strategic initiatives and maintain close collaboration with offices worldwide.
